Led by the Vinhal Family, the farm has a long, distinguished history in the coffee industry, stretching back to 1988. As third-generation farmers, they cultivate a diverse range of varieties, including Red Catuaí, Yellow Catuaí, Topazio, and Yellow Icatu, at an average elevation of 950 meters above sea level.
One distinctive feature of this family-run operation is the level of involvement and passion for post-harvest processing exhibited by every member. They employ a range of processing methods, including washed, honey, and natural, which is uncommon in Brazilian coffee production. Additionally, the Vinhal Family has implemented sustainable practices that prioritize the well-being of people and the environment.
